Oxford's attractions are very varied
and offer plenty to interest
your partner whilst you are at the Convention.

Oxford, the city of dreaming spires and home to the world-famous University of Oxford, welcomes delegates and partners to the Annual Convention of the International Playing Card Society, 11th -14th September 2025.

The Society has traditionally organised a separate programme for delegates’ spouses and partners. However, since the event is being held in the historic heart of the University, with a multitude of attractions within walking distance of the convention venues, all catering to a wide variety of interests, it was thought that individuals would prefer to explore the city for themselves, at their own pace.

In the Convention “goody bag” we have included numerous maps, leaflets and guides to the city and its history, culture and charm

Below are some possible suggestions (many free of charge): Click the LINKS for more details
